Still Kicking

So I'm still kicking, even though I'm apparently not blogging. After 7 straight rainy days, it only figures that the weekend before the neuro written would be 80 degrees, sunny and without a cloud in the sky.

Things to do:
Learn 6 weeks of neuro in 3 days
Continue exercising
Hold it together!
If I hold it together and am properly prepared for the test, I get to go shopping next weekend with the ladies.

Gulp. Here comes the longest weekend of the year so far.

Hello! I am The Mrs, a 20-something newlywed Military Wife, Military Officer, medical student, furbaby momma, teacher, cooking queen, wannabe runner, diet soda lover, outdoor enthusiast, and so much more. About the Mr.

This is My Mr. He is the greatest husband I could have ever asked for. This handsome man has been my greatest supporter and encourager for the last 4+ years. He is hardworking, loving, kind, caring, dedicated, strong-willed, determined, and so much more. This man would do anything for the people he loves. I am so very blessed to have a friend as special as he is. Mr likes all things outdoors: this includes rafting, canoeing, kayaking, mountain biking, jogging, lifting, motorcycles, hiking, camping, fishing (are you getting the picture?! haha).. He is an old soul in a young (and handsome) body. Mr. is a first year medical student, studying to be an ER physician. He Commisioned into the US Army after graduating college, where he will be an Army Doc just as soon as he finishes school. I'm so so so proud of this incredible man. Love you Brew!

About the Ween Machine

Zoe Schnitzel is our 10 pound wiener dog! This tiny little lady won her place in our hearts 2 years ago, when we rescued her from a Michigan shelter. I decided to find a dog when I knew I was going to be going away to medical school a year before The Mr. How I ended up with my Zoe was God lending a helping hand. Zoe has brought so much joy, love, and patience into our home. Z-monster was the first reason I had to think of someone else before myself. I had someone else's needs to consider and respect. In all honestly, my sweet girl has helped to teach me some of the biggest lessons in my life so far. Some of her very favorite past times include walking and hiking, riding in the car, climbing onto Momma's chair or Brew's desk, climbing on the kitchen table (thats right!! my 10# dog with 2 inch legs can jump all the way onto the table- Thats a NO) and hanging out with the little peanuts in the neighborhood. I love you little one!
